About the role

We are seeking a motivated graduate or early‑career professional to join our IT & Security team. This role combines hands‑on IT support with structured training in modern workplace technologies, automation, and cyber security.

You will receive guided development from experienced IT and Cyber Security professionals, gradually progressing to take ownership of endpoint management, security monitoring, and cloud administration.

This ​role is ​office based in Dublin ​City Centre

What you will do
 
IT Helpdesk & End User Support
  • Deliver 1st & 2nd line support across laptops, mobile devices, AV, and peripherals.
  • Manage incidents and requests through Jira.
  • Deploy and support corporate devices in line with security standards.
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
  • Manage user lifecycle tasks via Active Directory and Entra ID.
  • Provide onsite and remote support across office locations.
Modern Workplace & Device Management
  • Support Microsoft Intune for enrolment, compliance, and application deployment.
  • Assist with MDM for laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
  • Support identity services including MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access.
Security Operations Support
(With full training and supervision)
  • Assist in daily Microsoft Defender EDR alerting and investigations.
  • Support Cloudflare and Cato Networks security monitoring.
  • Assist with vulnerability management and patching via Automox.
  • Support cloud security configuration (AWS & Azure).
  • Help with phishing investigations, access reviews, and incident remediation.
Tooling, Automation & Operational Support
  • Support IT tooling for monitoring, patching, backup, and asset management.
  • Contribute to automation initiatives improving IT and security operations.
  • Maintain accurate asset records and assist with procurement.
  • Support documentation of IT processes and runbooks.
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
  • Work with teams across the business to ensure adherence to IT and security standards.
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and evidence collection.
  • Communicate effectively with users and technical teams on incidents and risks.

What we are looking for

Essential
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong interest in IT operations and cyber security.
  • Basic understanding of Windows, Microsoft 365, and networking concepts.
  • Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills.
Desirable
  • Internship or part‑time experience in IT support.
  • Exposure to Intune, Defender, cloud platforms, or security tooling.
  • Relevant certifications or academic projects (Microsoft, CompTIA, Security+, etc.).
