  • Support the Head of HR in Industrial Relations activity, including preparing for union meetings, managing day‑to‑day IR queries and helping to identify emerging risks or trends.
  • Strengthen people governance by supporting internal and external audits, ensuring HR controls, systems and documentation are robust and audit‑ready.
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practice.
  • Act as a key escalation point for complex HR operational queries, providing sound judgement and insight while supporting colleagues across HR Operations.
